Done Shipping Service:
– The Kidon shipping service provided by the Kidon store directly is limited to delivering our products to any address within the city of Riyadh only at the moment (delivery of Riyadh does not include areas such as Zulfi, Al-Muzahimiyah or remote neighborhoods whose distance between them and the center of Riyadh is more than 50 km, etc.).
For Riyadh customers, the product is usually delivered within 24 hours from the date and time of ordering the product (with the possibility of rescheduling the delivery date in case of work pressure), unless the customer requests a specific date for supply, which is coordinated with customer service.
Current Shipping Companies SMSA Express, Carrier or Zajel Fetchr:
As for orders that will be shipped through a third party such as SMSA, Naqel or Fetchr, the shipping company will contact the customer within 48 to 72 working hours (on average) to coordinate delivery and confirm the address and delivery date.
